In 2006 I was diagnosed with MGUS.  Ive been preddy fit and healthy up until 2 months ago.  Im suffering, literally suffering lower back and leg pain.  Leg pain is from hip to toe.

I had spinal surgury done in 2015 at L4 and S1 for protruding disc's and fully recovered from that.  My GP insists the pain I am experiencing is from the spinal surgery even though I tell him repeatedly I didnt suffer this current kind of pain prior or after spinal surgery.

Ive reminded him of the MGUS back in 2006 but I feel he isnt listening. He has perscribed nerve blocker tablets for me and they do nothing for the pain and make me feel zonked out in la la land.

Im considering going to another GP. Can someone please tell me what I ask GP to test for when requesting bloodtest.

Any suggestions will be greatfully appreciated.
