HELP:ADULT'S Ewing's Sarcoma (bone) METS

October 20, 2017, my 38 yr old husband was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (bone) mets. His is stage IV with Ewing's in bone marrow, iliac bilaterally, sacrum bilaterally, thoracic and lumbar spine, lungs bilaterally, rib, gluteus and 4.7 cm tumor attached to his aortic arch. We were told, obviously, that chemo was merely to prolong life. Radiation and surgery is not options for his case....understandably. We completed 1 rd of chemo and go tomorrow to begin the 2nd rd. We are stuck in this city (Houston) unable to leave bc he has every other day bloodwork. With an 8% chance of seeing 2 years, we are questioning whether or not we should waste all of our precious time here, receiving chemo and dealing with the chemo effects. We have 3 precious daughters...ages 19, 14 and 12. Obviously, if we can gain 2 years, we will continue chemo....but his is SO VERY advanced that we question whether or not we should shut treatment down, make him comfortable and go home to enjoy the time we have left. We are looking for cases like his...stage IV, mets all over affecting muscle, bones, bone marrow and both lungs. What did you or your loved one do, in THIS severe of a case? What advice do you have for us, IF you have experience with a case this advanced?

Thank you.
