Diagnosis of rectal cancer...and now bladder cancer?

I was recently diagnosed with rectal cancer.  Last week, after my MRI, it was diagnosed as Stage 3 T3N1.  On my previous CT scan and now on my MRI, there is something in/on my bladder.  I have had pain in my bladder for the past few months, it comes and goes, but this is something that I had previously had when I was young.  Now, I am scheduled to see the urologist, and am so fearful that I now have bladder cancer.  There was only one lymph node that was involved, my chest x-ray was clear, and my CEA blood test was at 1.7.  Is there something else, besides bladder cancer, that would appear on the MRI? I have not been doing well since the cancer diagnosis.  ANGRY,ANGRY,ANGRY mostly with myself.  I was always the one who was NEVER sick, I was "Mom, the Rock" this is so hard for me to accept. I have days where I just want to cry, but I am trying to keep up with my day to day activities.  I am ready to deal with the rectal cancer treatments, but now I am worried that bladder cancer is also involved.
