Question about MRI/Advice ?

Hello, thankyou to anyone who reads this. I am wondering if anyone here has had or knows anyone who has had a mass show on U/S but not on MRI? My health story is very long and complicated so I will try to give as brief a description as possible. I had a mass show on ultrasound but not on an MRI. The reason I had the u/s was because of pain in my liver area. In Aug. I had a CT scan. That showed inflammation and I was told I had Chrohns or UC so I had a colonoscopy that was normal. 3 yrs ago I had my gallbladder removed because it was literally completely full of stones and they discovered cancer cells & a fatty liver but there was no lesion and the surgeon said she felt she removed the galbladder in time. This was why my dr ordered the u/s. He thought maybe it could be a hemangioma but thought it odd it didn't show previously, he was also concerned because of my symptoms and the pain in my stomach. I have so many things going on but would be happy to share if anyone is curious. I do not have a diagnosis. I am concerned because I feel I am to ill to not know why and my vomiting h as increased a bit the past few days and I've had some dry heaving with increased diarrhea and pain.It is hard to know when I have a virus because every single day is like living with the worse flu I could imagine.I see my dr next wk and was hoping someone here could recommend a test or offer any advice?  The pain that I have is all of the time. For about a month & a half it has got worse and will make me lose cconsciousness with these stomach attacks for up to 2 hrs straight! I cannot move or talk I can just breathe and wait for it to pass. It is really unreal. If anyone can relate to any of this I would be so grateful for a reply. Thanks so much!

Request a pet scan and or cat scan with contrast, and get a second opinion, do you have any mesh any where in your body? If you have pain then something is wrong..

I do not have any mesh. The only surgery I had was the Galbladder removal

ok so defineitly ask for those tests aslo get blood work ask them to check the enzime levels in your liver and go for second opinion..Let me know what happens

If you feel something isn't right, only you know your body, go with your gut feeling..

thats why i recommend a second opinion because one doctor may not be seeing something anothr may.. you know when something isn't right, you know how your body is nd if you are feeling pain or differntly then go to a doctor who will give you answers. I had to do that but not cancer related,, i went to a GI doctor and he blew me off and told me he didn't know what was wrong, i then found another GI doctor and with a few simple tests he found my problem. Some doctors can't be bothered especially when it comes to minimal & slight symtoms. Don't worry about medical bills your life has no price tag and any hospital will work with you with the bills, you just have to call the hospitals financial dept and they will find a way to either dismiss the bill or knock it down a whole lot.. keep in touch!!!! Stay positve until you gt your facts

Thankyou so much! I really appreciate your understanding and advice. I feel let down by drs and tests. Before they found the mass everything was centered over some bad genetic variants (not cancer related) I practically had to beg just for the dr to order the u/s. I left there. I had had it. I was on my way to the University to be seen by a Cystic Fibrosis specialist for a consult. Then this happened and my new pcp said he needed to find out about my liver before referring me because all of my symptoms could be related to this and so here I am. I guess I was relieved when finally something showed. I just want to know why im ill. I went through so many previous possible diagnosis .I am just so exhausted by it all. This whole year has been a complete nightmare. Thankyou for taking your time with me. I obviously have read about everything I can get my hands on but with my symptoms and now this pain, the mass, my other symptoms .Its very concerning and so frustrating.
