Potential Palatine Tonsil Cancer at Tongue Base

In August 2019, I had an endoscopic procedure to see if I had H-Pylori, since I have heart burn. I didn't, but did have GERD and a medium size hietal hernia with a schzick's ring for which a wire was put down through the endoscope to cut away the scar tissue. Following the procedure, it felt like a fist was coming up from the stomach into the throat. The doctor ordered a CT of the chest, as thought I could have a blood clot from the procedure. I didn't, but a 1.5 cm irregular lesion was seen on the right, mid-lobe of lung. Saw pulmonologist, who ordereda PET CT.  No hypermetabolic activity in the lung and lesion only measured 8 mm.  But there was asymetrical, hypermetabolic activity of the left palatine tonsil area, where a soft tissue fullness was seen measuring 1.3 cm. SUV 4.7 compared to the other side of SUV 3.0.  I was recommended to see an ENT to rule out neoplasm.  I saw 2 ENTs.  The first scoped me twice. First time, what they saw didn't appear to be cancer. Given a z-pack. Returned to ENT, who scoped me again. Said it's probably cancer with a 65% chance. Would have to undergo chemo, radiation, and surgery. Would have to have a biopsy first and they may not get anything the first time, so I would have to go back for another biopsy. I was so upset that they would tell me I had a 65% chance when a biopsy hadn't even been performed and they thought it wasn't cancer at first scoping.  And then say I may have to have 2nd biopsy, etc.  Saw my PCP, who recommended I get a 2nd opinion, so recommended a ENT, whom I did see.  He performed an exam using mirrors. Said no mass seen, though some redness and slight swelling. Said it was likely from the GERD I have.  Said he will do another CT to be sure, since I cannot have a MRI, due to severe tinnituts.  I have scratchy throat, it's red, tongue sometimes burns, lightly - odd sensation - ear pressure and, of course, there's the GERD and the post nasal drip, which I have had for a long time, likely due to allergies.  Has anyone experienced this before?  Shouldn't I just have a biopsy? Or is it because the 2nd ENT didn't see a mass that it's not recommended at this time? Or should I go for a 3rd opinion? I'm scared.
