I have just completed treatment for metastatic breast cancer that was found in Sept. of 2015, was in my colon and stomach. My recent PET scan shows no cancer according to my doctor's  review of scan report. I have copy of scan and am confused by the wording and would like a little more information to reassure me that cancer is gone. Here is part that I want to know about "There is diffuse hypermetabolism throughout the bones likely related to administration of marrow stimulating agents. The only focal hypermetabolic bone lesion thought to represent a hypermetabolic metastasis is in the posterior aspect of the right third rib."

Does this mean that I still have cancer in bones?
