Hi Alyssa, How are you? Please don't freak out! Did your Dr speak to you about MGUS? Your test conducted was SPEP. This test looks for deficiencies in your monoclonal protein and is conducted every 6 months. If your test results begins to alter or change than this is an indicator that may lead to Multiple Myeloma. As for your lab results asked to see Hematologist/oncologist! There also books out there on lab results and helps info to be broken down into lament terms. I have MGUS and I have my labs done every 6 months and for me, my situation increases with all sorts of other problems, such as none pains, numbness, tingling, spasms and tiredness or fatigue! 20-25 percents of MGUS cases goes into Multiple Myeloma which is no cure! You take very good care of yourself and stay positive. My faith in God also helps a great deal! Take care! Frank
