Trace of Tiny Paraprotein

Hi, Last year I had two recurrent miscarriages which naturally led to a lot of emotional distress. I went to my GP to get some bloods done in January of this year before myself and my husband tried again. The only blood test which was a little off was my neutrophil count, which was 1.9 (it was 2.42, 7 months previously). I had just had a neck rash for two weeks and hadn't been feeling great. Anyway, could this neutrophil count led to the SPEP test being performed? I think immunology wanted by quantitative immunoglobins and the SPEP test is run automatically when this is requested. The test result read that there was a trace of a tiny paraprotein found (g/l) IgA lambda. The internet has me terrified. Is the MGUS? False positive or a transient paraprotein? I'm going to see a haematologist next week. Thanks so much, Lucy Sent from my iPhone
