  Your completely normal January PET provides comfort that your palpably enlarged nodes are likely related/reactive to your recent sinus infection.  If you're worried, and they're still enlarged in a few months' time, I supposed you could ask that they be biopsied.

  Others on this site have recommended the Medcline Reflux Relief Pillow;  however, an adjustable bedframe may be your best investment.  My husband couldn't sleep with those wedges ..

  oatmeal/hot cereals, cream-based soups (ie cream of broccoli, etc), shakes containing peanut butter (highly caloric) and protein powder, eggs and cheese, high protein liquid drinks, etc.  Insist on immediate CT scan.  The doctors should have acquired a lot of information regarding the extent of the tumor's localized invasion from the endoscopy.   The CT scan will tell them if it has yet spread to ...

  Consider seeing a GI doctor who can do an upper endosocpy to rule out EC, if he has any concerns.
