Hv been trying to keep to a ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting. Hv banished sugar & now hunting for hidden sugars, tho I buy zero processed food, gave up condiments, reduced meat drastically yet still hv gained 15 lbs from diagnosis in Feb this year!! I'm either doing something right--or wrong?!?
